Over two decades ago, the senior leaders of the Lutheran Church in Malaysia recognized a pressing need — the scarcity of Christian burial grounds in the country. Many believers faced challenges finding dignified and affordable resting places, while some existing sites were even lost to development.

Out of this concern and compassion, Subang Lutheran Garden was established — a serene and sacred ground dedicated to providing a peaceful final resting place. Today, it serves not only members of the Lutheran Church but also welcomes Christians from other denominations who seek a place of quiet dignity and eternal rest.

Looking ahead, plans are underway for the construction of a new building that will offer additional columbarium niches, ensuring that Subang Lutheran Garden continues to meet the needs of the Christian community for generations to come.
