LCM YAY invites you to explore these questions and discover what it means to lead from a place of identity, values and belonging. Because leadership isn’t simply about having a position or being the one in charge. It’s about who we are, what we value, where we belong, and how we use our influence to serve others.

Join us for two afternoons of fellowship, talks, discussions, and practical insights on everyday leadership, in collaboration with the “Global Leadership Summit Next Gen”.
