About Sister Women Ministry (SWM)

Empowering Women to Grow, Serve, and Thrive in God’s Kingdom

Sister Women Ministry (SWM), originally known as Sister Fellowship, was revived and renamed in 2014 with a renewed purpose—to minister intentionally to women from all walks of life, including women pastors and pastors’ wives. The ministry was birthed from a desire to create a dedicated space where women could connect deeply with God, with themselves, and with one another, encouraging and praying for each other and to build a strong loving and spiritually vibrant sisterhood.

Women often carry unique burdens—balancing family, ministry, work, expectations, and personal challenges. SWM provides a safe and supportive space where women can openly share their thoughts, struggles, and experiences without fear of judgment. In this nurturing environment, sisters are encouraged to be vulnerable, honest, and spiritually refreshed.

At the heart of SWM is a commitment to helping women build a strong foundation in the Word of God. We encourage sisters to participate in Bible studies, prayer gatherings, devotionals, and discipleship programs where women can be equipped to grow in their spiritual walk and develop a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ. Our ministry believes that spiritually grounded women can transform families, communities, and the church.

Support for Women Pastors and Pastors’ Wives

Women who serve in ministry often experience pressures and challenges that are unique and deeply personal. SWM offers a safe covering and supportive network for women pastors and pastors’ wives, providing companionship, encouragement, and spiritual nourishment tailored to their needs. Here, they find rest, renewal, and fellowship with those who understand their journey.
